My name is Carlene, and I am a Rockstar.
My goal with my blog is to give a voice to those who haven’t found theirs yet; the quiet kid dreaming in the corner, the angry girl with the “Stay back!” attitude hiding a hurting heart, the guy trying to piece together who he wants to be in the Real World, the woman searching for inner peace after being dealt a nasty blow.
I’ve lived an exceptionally lucky life, one that reads like a series of novels. It’s been filled with abuse, tenderness, self-hate, self-love, broken bones, broken hearts, beautiful friendships, and most of all, self-discovery and radical honesty. I’ve chased dreams, accomplished goals, and am in the process of blazing a path across the world one new friend at a time.
