These are photos of Cooper after an unexpected swim on a hike we took with our friends Joe & Erika a few weeks ago.  The swim was courtesy of a beaver dam.  The water behind him in the second shot is the huge flooded area we had to ford.

I did it Carlene-style, meaning I took one look at the thigh-high water and said, “Yeah…so I’m gonna lose my pants for this one, if you’re offended by my underwear don’t turn around.”  Luckily I wear boy-bottoms for anything athletic, otherwise that could have been awkward.
